As the year came to an end in the Nigerian fashion calendar of 2018, we saw the GTB fashion week release its African finest magazine and street-wear had to be major topic with its hype around which featured the segment street-wear muse.

With Nigeria experiencing this street-wear revolution these brands in addition to the loyal fan base have caught the eye of the musical heavyweight; Nigeria’s own Burna boy.


As we saw two brands stocked on Garmspot ” Carnal Street” and ”David Blackmoore” get featured on the magazine.


This streetwear label is know for its selected aesthetics such as its road man jacket, longsleeve t-shirts and t-shirts. This 2018 the streetwear brand explains its release based on unconventional humans on the road to self discovery.

With all items hand crafted and specifically unique there wasn’t any doubt about the hype to acquire its pieces.

On the streetwear muse Burnboy is styled with a Carnal street t-shirt and a Road man jacket fitted with a black pants and black boots.


The Nigerian Street-wear atmosphere surly witnessed a buzz from this brand as 2018 saw a lot of release by the label, with a couple of collaborations and limited staple pieces the brand became desirable among many. David Blackmoore sticks to minimal fashion though some of its pieces show graphics and styled majorly in over-sized.

On the street-wear muse Burna boy is styled with a David Blackmoore x Vibes with T blue pearl shirt wit brown pants and matching Chelsea boots.
