Return Policy

We want you to be able to shop at Garmspot with confidence. That is why we offer a 7-day returns policy for nearly all products sold on our web platform and in stores.
Products must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery and in a saleable condition so that we can process the return. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging with garment tags and any other seals still attached and intact.

Non-Returnable Items

In some instances, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This includes personalized and perishable products as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As a guideline, the following examples are not covered by our returns policy:

  • All personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged
  • Intimate clothing such as underwear, swimwear or lingerie.
  • Made to measure, altered, or personalized products
  • Made to order products
  • Order on request products
  • Beauty items and cosmetics
  • Coupons and gift cards

Promotions

Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.

Deliveries, Duties and Delivery Charges

Please note that we cannot return any taxes, duties or delivery charges associated with your order. You are solely responsible to get the product(s) delivered back to Garmspot in the conditions outlined above, as such we would not be liable for any logistics costs or mishaps in transit.

Payment with Coupons & Gift Cards

Coupon and gift card orders returned will be refunded to eVoucher.

Payment with Bank Transfer/USSD/Debit Cards

All other forms of payment orders returned will be refunded to the naira account that made the payment for the order after.

Processing a Return

To process a refund you MUST provide us with the email address used on the order and the order number for the item you are returning, this can be found in the order email (check your spam, if you can not find this in your inbox). We will endeavour to process your return on the day we receive your parcel however under some circumstances this could take up to 7 working days, alternatively you can request store credit to exchange the item which can be completed same day. When the return is processed you will receive an email confirming your refund. It will usually take 5 days from receipt of this email for your account to be credited however some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account. All refunds would be processed in Nigerian naira only.

Note: Cash refunds can not be made in-store as all refunds must go through our HQ
