What Delivery Methods Are Available?

Delivery methods vary depending on location, for Lagos, we have standard delivery (3 -5 days excl. weekends), next day delivery (24-36 hours excl. weekends) , same-day delivery (3 – 24 hrs excl. weekends) and in-store pick up. For the rest of Nigeria we have standard delivery (2 – 5 working days). International shipping is also available.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

Yes we ship to all corners of the world, with tracked delivery using logistics provider DHL.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Standard Delivery nationwide (Nigeria) usually ship within 2 working days from your order date and would arrive at your doorstep within 5 working days from your order date,

Standard Delivery Internationally usually ship within 3 working days from your order date and would arrive at your doorstep within 10 working days from your order date,

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit providers Mastercard/Visa/Verve/Interswitch) and we also accept Bank transfers made through the platform or alternatively the use of a Bank USSD all secured by Paystack.

Yes, if you are buying from a trusted source and using secured payment options. Here at Garmspot we have a transparent returns and exchange policy and our committed to you satisfaction and experience shopping with us on all channels.

How Do I Place An Order ?

Placing an order on Garmspot is simple. First, find the product(s) you wish to buy. Where applicable, select your preferred options (e.g Size), then add the item to the cart. Head over to the cart by clicking the shopping cart icon, review the items in your cart then proceed to checkout. Add your delivery address and any further details (e.g A birthday note for that special someone), choose your preferred payment option and click Place Order, complete payment and voila! Your order will be with you shortly.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest on Garmspot but we always advise you create an account so you’re subscribed to our community, you can do this at checkout when you’re entering you delivery details.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel, an order go to My Account then click on orders. Find the order you wish to cancel then click Cancel under the actions column.

How Do I Track My Order?

Click on order tracking in the footer, and enter your email and order number. We update statuses in realtime

Processing – We are preparing your order for you.
Dispatched – Your order is on the way to you.
Ready for Pick-Up – You can go to your selected pickup location to pick up your items.
Completed – You have received your Garms.
