We will always show you the best delivery options based on your product choice and delivery address, however, in some cases, our Next Day and Nominated Day services may be unavailable.
Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order.
Kindly note custom orders would not be processed until full payment is made.
We update customers via text messages on their delivery so that you can follow your order, if you provide us with a mobile number we’ll send you a text message letting you know when to expect your delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery, you can arrange to collect from our pick up location, deliver to a neighbor or redeliver the next available day.
Please note, if you choose to use any of our delivery partners’ personalized services (including but not limited to having your parcel delivered to a neighbor or left in a safe place), Garmspot shall not be held liable for any items which are lost, damaged or delayed.
